Interior designer Linda Woodrum was first and foremost inspired by house planner Jack Thomasson's location announcement video. "There seemed to be this amazing amount of energy from the people he talked to," she says. Residents' love of the outdoors, Denver's bright sunny skies and the shade of carpet chosen for the space informed the room's color palette: an urban-chic mix of yellows and grays, with glass and metal adding the needed hint of sparkle. Contemporary furnishings and an oversized light fixture contribute to the home's downtown Denver, loft-like feel.
